On a whim, I visited one of those gigantic antique barn places this afternoon. Two very nice things happened. Number one, my two-year-old not only did not break anything, she actually really enjoyed looking around at all the neat stuff. Number two, I walked away with this awesome vintage sewing bench (look for its makeover in a future post!) and vintage buttons for about $30 total.

I can't wait to see what you do with that bench!
ReplyDeleteOh dear. LOVE the buttons. I have a huge button collection. And my computer wallpaper happens to be vintage buttons, because I love them so much. Great finds!
ReplyDeleteSo cool! First the swatch wall and now those beautiful buttons. I'm looking forward to the chair makeover, too. Good going, Pretty Partridge.
ReplyDeleteOh that is cute, I love the shape of the chair. I'm sure it'll love fab once you get your makeover hands on it. What a great price on those buttons too, we have a great lady who comes to our Antiques show during the summer but man do her buttons add up!
