I made the cutest, quickest Easter cards thanks to Lolly from Lollychops. She created darling Easter note cards, which I printed on cardstock, cut down to fit onto my blank greeting cards and attached with adhesive dots. I added a message and a picture of my sweet Texas bluebonnet on the inside, et voila! Bloggy folks are so nice and generous. Peruse my list over on the right for some of my favorites. Thank you, Lolly!

Valentine Cards
Here are some Valentine cards I made. You should make some, too. They were easy to make, although it took a while to glue the hearts on in an even pattern. (Watching trash TV in the background helps pass the time!) I used a Martha Stewart heart punch from Michael's; scrapbook paper from Martha Stewart Crafts (Wal-Mart); Heather Bailey; and miscellaneous other paper I purchased at Hobby Lobby and JoAnn. The blank cards are also from Michael's. I followed Glue Gun Annie's tutorial for lining the envelopes. If you receive one of these, please pretend you didn't see it here first. Thx!

The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year
Having a toddler and a bunch of stuff to do prevented us from getting our tree purchased and set up this weekend, like we usually do. However, I did bust out a couple of boxes, and I have hung the front door wreath; placed the grapevine deer on the front porch; hung the bannister garland; and started on the mantle (above). I can't wait to add in some greenery to give it some color and life. I am so excited to get the tree up, and I'll post pictures when it's finished.
