I'm not sure how I wasn't aware of Ruby Pearl, since she is based in Austin and sells in local boutiques, but I wasn't. Rebecca was so entranced by these fairytale party dresses that she had to restrain herself from buying one for my baby (bummer). So, you wouldn't really wear these to the park or to daycare, but for a party or something like that, swoon!
P.S. She also makes beautiful adult dresses and specializes in custom work and vintage fabrics.

I just contacted her to see if she had any dresses in Morgan's size for Ryan's brothers wedding. I love them.
