I am sorry for slacking off so much, but I will make it up to you with a fabulous Target find -- this way cool Circo toddler dress, $9.99 in store and online. Snap one up fast -- I could only find a 3T at my least trafficked Target (and yes, I know the traffic patterns and demographics for all the Targets in my area!).
