I LOOOOOVE this eyeliner I got yesterday at Sephora (I used a giftcard!): Tarte EmphasEYES High Definition Eye Pencil. It is creamy, and goes on smoothly like my other favorite eyeliners (L'Oreal and Stila) BUT it doesn't run, and even better, it is super skinny, so you can stay really close to the lashes. By the way, when I was on the Sephora website to copy the photo of the eyeliner I spotted what might be the most random thing I have ever seen: the "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Lip Gloss Set." Please explain that to me.
